Here you can get to know the individuals behind our company and learn more about our roles and expertise. We are small, close-knit team and each one of us contributes to the overall success of our business.
Read on to learn a little more about us, what we do, what we love and of course - our favourite biscuit, should you ever pop in for a tea or a coffee!
Linda
When did you join inkREADible?
We moved to Devon from Surrey in 2015 , my husband was then employed by inkREADible as a printer . I jumped on board to just come in and do a little bit of filing on a temporary basis - well - still here!
What are your main tasks?
Quoting and liaising with customers, processing the orders, taking payments, booking in the orders with production.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Helping new customers that envisage what their label would like to look like, to getting them the end product, that was exactly what they wanted. I love talking to all the customers, am always myself and have some good laughs with them as well.
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
I find when a complicated order comes in I must do everything correctly, so the outcome is perfect, even if I have to contact the customer numerous times. Oh yes, and working with Walter 😊 only joking!
3 words to describe the team.
Funny , helpful and AWESOME!
What’s your favourite biscuit?
Rich Tea, put 2 together, and dunk in coffee.
Do you have any hobbies?
After work I take my dog Chester to the beach, clears the cobwebs of the day away. I have two children and two grandchildren - 7 years and 8 months, a husband and a dog and cat. I love gardening (sitting in a chair and watching my husband graft!). We go to the zoo at least twice a month and always go out walking at the weekends for a coffee, so close to the beach, we are so, so lucky. Think I have a good sense of humour, I am honest and reliable, and would do as much as I could to help someone.
Dawn
When did you join inkREADible?
January 2013.
What are your main tasks?
Sales and accounts.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Definitely the variety, no two days are the same!
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
Like every business energy costs, material costs, ink costs have all increased and this has been a challenge, when trying to offer the best quality product, the most efficient service we can - while maintaining competitive pricing. We ship all over the world, so we are competing with not only other UK printers but international printers as well.
3 words to describe the team.
Reliable, strong and supportive.
What’s your favourite biscuit?
I don’t eat biscuits, partial to a custard slice though!
Do you have any hobbies?
I read A LOT and I mean A LOT. I also have two dogs; Busta my 14-year-old Lab/Lurcher, who doesn’t really like to go out anymore and my 7-year-old Malamute/Shephard who most certainly does! So we go on long walks around the village where I live and across the beaches.
Walter
When did you join inkREADible?
In the summer of 2021.
What are your main tasks?
Picking, packing and dispatching.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
The flexibility of work hours.
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
I cannot think of anything that is particularly challenging.

Friendly, lively and welcoming.
What’s your favourite biscuit?
The good old Digestive!
Ayle
When did you join inkREADible?
In 2022.
What are your main tasks?
Estimating and customer service.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
I love it when I see one of our labels in a shop or supermarket. It makes me smile knowing I helped get that product to the shelf.
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
I am relatively new to iInkREADible but have been working in labelling since 2020. I still feel that I have a lot to learn about new materials and printing processes that can help my customers.
3 words to describe the team.
Committed, reliable and friendly.
What’s your favourite biscuit?
I am originally from Cuba and biscuits are quite new to me. So far, it is the Caramel Chocolate Digestive.. but there are many more to try yet!
Do you have any hobbies?
I love to travel, but I also enjoy simple, cosy, movie nights in.
Lisa
When did you join inkREADible?
In 2020.
What are your main tasks?
I look after social media, write blogs and sometimes content for the website and customer case studies too. Also following up with customers for feedback but I also hope to take on some business development in the near future, which I am excited about.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Instagram! I get to look at customers’ posts and see new products all the time. A lot of the food posts are really inspiring! Meaning they make me feel hungry… constantly!
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
Handling multiple projects simultaneously. We often work on multiple projects at once, making it challenging to balance workload and meet deadlines.

What’s your favourite biscuit?
Mint Viscount
Do you have any hobbies?
I love visiting archaeological sites and am never happier than when I am amongst a pile of old rubble. My dream one day would be to take part in an archaeological dig and find something really valuable!
Charlotte
When did you join inkREADible?
In December 2014.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
It has to be seeing the labels we have printed actually in use. They come to life when they have been attached to a product such as a jar or bottle. Then having this image with a testimonial from a happy customer makes my day 😊
What are some of the challenges that you face in your role?
The marketing team work remotely and as much as being able to meet virtually is really useful, I would so love to be closer to the office to see the team in person more often.

What’s your favourite biscuit?
Jammie Dodger!
Do you have any hobbies?
I spend most of the day sitting, so my hobby in the evenings and the weekend is fitness. Whether that be a run, time at the gym or a challenging bootcamp session.
